250g boneless sirloin steak
500g raw jumbo prawns, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Preparation: Use paper towels to pat the steak, boerewors, and prawns dry. Cut the steak and boerewors into 1-inch pieces.
